A hard truth...sustainable keto

Dude you're making a ton of assumptions. A: I dont think having a treat a week means you're going to fail? What? B: I specifically said from the beginning that my comments were about the weightloss side of keto, it obviously doesnt apply to others. C: I've said about a million times in this post that it's not having a treat that is the problem, it's trying to make keto justify already bad habits. As in, co worker eats a whole pizza for lunch every day. Starts keto. Now just eats a whole fathead pizza for lunch everyday. That is setting yourself up for disappointment when it "doesnt work." D: it's not judgement because I couldnt care less. I dont care if people are skinny, fat, or whatever as long as they're happy being that way. I posted it as a quick lesson from something I've seen from my own friends over and over. Like, hey, if you're going to start this here's something to keep in mind, here's how to start out on the right foot.

Everyone keeps saying its judgemental, but people are allowed to give advice, even if its advice one doesnt want to hear, without caring if its followed. Like, dont agree with me? Cool, I hope it works out for you. This judgement victimization just because people disagree with my advice, or feel attacked because I didnt give advice that perfectly aligns with their life is...crazy.
