Why hasn't Kisuke Urahara, Yoriuchi Shihoin, and Tessai Tsukabishi been arrested?

Even if it were true, it still wouldn't have anything to do with the case study at hand(a regular Shinigami like Rukia). Which you know, so idk why you brought it up.>

Which doesn’t change the fact that urahra is famous in the soul society and rukia would have known about regardless of the time of her joining him.

It just a baseless assumption to assume that regulare just wouldn’t know who Urahra when it is just as likely they would regardless because of his fame.

Society that is literally built on a bed of lies and has been shown to be literally full of secrets might decide to conceal dangerous actions of a traitor? Yeah, that's totally unreasonable. Especially when you remember that C46 are paranoid.>

And the C46 are willing to publicly excuate shingmai with blazing phonixe that literally destroys their very souls and at one point had no problem in feeding prisoners to hollows for them to be devoured and later had no problem in allowing sadistic people who they once imprison in the maggot nest to be employed by them.

And regardless of the fact that the soul society was built on lies this only goes for regards for the great noble families and the soul king.

It’s never more overgeneralization especially sense the gotei thirteen care little if anything about their reputation so long as they can carry out their duties and follow the law.

Especially when it comes to killing off traitors.

Again, please explain why Rukia never references any of this. At all. Because you're claiming that she knew all about all of this and both never told Ichigo as well as continuing to seek Urahara's services. Which is obviously absurd, and that's why you avoided providing an explanation.>

No I didn’t

I said that rukia should have known about urahra not the fact that she didn’t.

Stop placing words in my moth.

If that were true, Unohana's past would never have been a secret to anyone, ever. She was literally the most famous criminal in the Soul Society and yet her past was obviously concealed from her peers. How about Isshin? If his story was known, Rukia would have recognized him at the start of the series. But it wasn't, and that happened just twenty years before the start of the series! Rukia was a serving Shinigami when he vanished.>

Unohana’s past was never concealed by the shingmai in fact it was written within the history books and she herself was regarded as part of the original gotei thirteen.

And rukia not recognizing isshin could very well another plot hole like with Urahra. Especially since neither histuya or mastomo recognize him either and that plot hole was only filled up in a guide book. Not even in the manga.

Especially since unlike Urahra, Isshin was not a missing crimmnal or nearly near as famosue as uhahra.

Stop using head-canon

Want me to go on?

But it's not true. Time passes and secrets get buried. Especially where there's a strong motive to do so. Your argument is full of nonsense and whining.

Au revoir.
