Probably not the worst Co-worker in the history of Co-workers. But I cannot stand this guy. I work in a well-known bakery in Denmark and 18 months ago we hired this dumbass. He's 27 and an Educated baker which takes four years here.

Anyhow. He's the most incompetent, lazy guy I've ever worked with. He's not managing to do half his work during a day, his work which would take me about five hours to complete, maybe six on a busy day. He somehow only manages to do half of it, then as soon as he's been here for seven hours he leaves. My work day is usually 12 hours because of the sole reason he's not doing his job.

Not only that, he never cleans up after himself and just leaves everything where he last used it.
