I'd like to know if there are any labor statistics kept on unfounded allegations of racism in the workplace. In the military I have had two allegations against me, alleging very specific incidents that never happened. Two guys were being kicked out for poor performance, so they both decided to file complaints alleging that I, a white guy, had a racist vendetta against them and had been targeting them for racial harassment.

They knew there would be no backlash if they failed, and they were completely right. The command investigated, found the allegations to be unfounded, then just dropped the case. I had no means of recourse against them for momentarily fucking my life up. It's a free shot, there for the taking.
