I think you need to get honest with a professional who will take action, as in push for terminating your parental rights. Your post is fine and it's good to vent, but you're mentally ill and your daughter deserves the right to live a good life. Don't assume her life will be as shitty as yours, particularly once you're no longer in it.

So please, go talk to someone about the feelings and thoughts you're having.
