this is a poor example for this topic, but to answer your question assuming OP and I are of the same age:

Individuals (Some millennials but not all) nowadays have created this idea that they are entitled to everything and deserve a cookie for anything they do. This includes developing a thought that has no construction behind it and simply composed off a bias or opinion. With that, their poor little feelings get hurt if someone else feels otherwise to theirs and will do anything in their power (ie complain, petition, throw a tantrum, etc) to get the attention back onto them. These people feel "attacked" and get easily offended over a simple disagreement in viewpoints. So for YouTube to remove content like this, they are really just protecting those who feel such emotion to keep the viewers and users up. It's extremely easy to simply scroll past something you dont agree with because its the internet.
