As someone who has struggled with their weight their entire life I fully agree with you! I have had a hard time losing weight however this past year I have made some major strides and fallen to some set backs but there is progress! I’m far for the fattest on this earth but I’ve always felt horrible about my size and battle myself daily about it. Knowing the struggles I face I have tried my hardest to make sure my child is never “fat” so she does not have to deal with the mental anguish I feel daily as there is nothing worse then feeling like a failure to yourself! I’m proud my girl is almost a teen now and takes great care of herself keeps active and often works out. I feel so incredibly sad for obese kids ... just loving life and their snacks and Blam!! it’s going to hit them hard and they will have some resentment or their parents and their inability to parent!
