Do you Hate single mothers?

I'm pretty sure there's this common feminist motto that goes something like "MY BODY, MY CHOICE!". If women want complete autonomy over their bodies, then they need to take responsibility for the repurcussions.

It's a woman's choice to use her birth control correctly. It's a woman's choice to abort or adopt. You act like its 1850 and we lack modern medicine.

In the reverse situation where a woman wants to abort, but the man doesn't want her to, the woman still gets to decide. Her body, her choice. But the flip side of that is she is ultimately responsible for bringing a child into the world.

It doesn't have to be "some idiot with no self control". It could be a guy with a woman he's been briefly dating who doesn't take her birth control correctly. He thought she was on the pill, she screwed it up. He isn't ready for a baby and she knows it, but doesn't care.

I have complete control over my decision to bring a child into the world. I've made it abundantly clear to my boyfriend that I am not ready have a child (nor is he) and would not have one out of wedlock. I've taken necessary precautions (an IUD). In the very, very unlikely event that it were to fail, I'd have an abortion. My body, my choice.

I also don't understand how a woman can think it's a good idea to have a child when the father doesn't want one. Its reckless and selfish and shows a complete disregard for anyone else involved, both the father and the potential child.
