I decided I’m done today too, at least playing standard. A few days ago I dropped from C2 to D2 and now it feels impossible to get out of D2. I feel absolutely sabotaged by mates every game now. Nobody rotates far post, they constantly center for the other team, nobody is in position to do anything when I try to set up plays on offense. It’s fucking ridiculous how awful the positioning is every game. These people have no sense of spacing and multi commit like crazy.

I’m ok with whiffed shots, occasional bad touches, or messing up easy saves. The positioning and decision making is frustrating to deal with more than anything, like they go against everything logical and will do things I feel should be obvious not to do after your first month of playing. As OP has stated, you will constantly be put in situations where you can’t be successful and they will find ways to blame you for it and will throw games when down 1-0. I’m not toxic ever, yet I feel the dumber the mate, the more likely they will throw tantrums with you. It happens here WAY more than in C2

Screw D2 in standard, absolute nightmare place to be. Every game feels 50/50 with whether your team is braindead or the other team is. You can win 4 straight but then it’s like your due to have idiots your next few games.

I was always a believer of not blaming mates, but after being stuck in D2 for 40 games now I feel this is the perfect storm of them being just good enough mechanically to disrupt everything productive you try to do. Oh and the half commits, you know where you’re positionally the 2 yet the 3 drives right past you, like literally next to you when you’re ready to make a play or challenge, then fucking chooses not to go for it at the last second to leave me in the most awkward position possible. If they make occasional mistakes and misses that’s fine, when you have 2 others playing like fucking braindead idiots it’s pretty much hopeless.
