I hate working in tech support

I had two tech support roles. One was in one of those 'freemium' type of SaaS applications where I had to deal with a wide variety of people. I hate it. Someone who was hired at the same time as me rage quit in 3 months. I left in 11 months, also couple that with a boss with anger issues. Second job at a tech support component but it was more low key, I was dealing mainly with tech people and I could choose not to take on support tickets. Eventually got laid off. Now in a role that has no support component involved, which is good but now I have different stressors. Try a different environment if you can't get out of support and try to specialize into another field.
