Most combat is about 3M/h or above with a lot of high end PvM at around 7M/h, topping off at about 10M/h and up to an absurd amount if you can farm like…2000% Telos (think GWD from 2011 but multiplied by 500× in difficulty).

As for the prices, I'll give you a sampling of prices:

• Barrows , GWD, and t85 tank armor tends to be ~7m for a set. You only really ever absolutely need this and all other upgrades are for efficient farming.
• Nex armor (Not sure if it was there in 2010) is about 30m for a set minus boots and gloves, 45m with.
• corp shields are around 1m-10m depending (mostly because of a glitch that let corp drop them 100% over 2 h, and the fact that shields aren't really that useful anymore).
• t90 shields (barrows shields!) are ~5mil.
• The most powerful armor is around 45m, and up to 55m if you factor in Invention (basically an armor upgrade).
• Abyssal whips and Dark bows are worth 70k, basically nothing.
• Noxious weapons, the second-best weapon set in game, is ~150m for the bow and staff, and ~250m for the scythe.
• Telos weapons (the highest tier set) is worth ~1bil for the bow and sword, and over max cash stack for the staff.
• The new highest tier dual-wield (wand and orb) is 2 bil for a set.
