I haven't read the books or played the games but I find lore fantastic and Henry Cavill (as always) being a great actor. So excuse my ignorance but what problems have there been with the series?

The issues with the show, I personally do not like the way the s1 timeline had been alerted from the books which did not make sense to me. The meeting of Ciri and Geralt is shallow in comparison to the books. But hey this is just me.

No, is not you, I feel the same, I was lost with the timeline and the meeting felt weird, like forced.

Season 2 seems to have the same "issues" s1 seemed to have, most complaints I've seen is that it doesn't follow source material. Like, what did they expect? Idk man

Is just sad, I had hope in see an improve after what said Henry and the production members "listening and taking notes of the fans and their complaints, advices and ideas".
