Why is having more POC and women bad in magic art

This pretty much sums up my thoughts on this matter.

Yes, when you are trying to be extremely realistic, we can have this whole talk about real life armies and societies. A setting specifically trying to be medieval europe with minor magic certainly deserves all that scrutiny when it comes to gender representation and such. You won't see me arguing that Kingdom Come: Deliverance should have a majority of female warleaders and bandits and knights becausei it has magic potions.

You also won't see me arguing that fucking magic the gathering is attempting in any way, shape or form to be realistic and thus it's bad that there characters like Radha or Kaya.
