Having outdoor cats shouldn't be acceptable

I never claimed that climate change wasn't an issue and this opinion has nothing to do with climate change. Keeping your cats indoors doesn't somehow mean a person can't do those other things or can't do their best to not contribute to climate changes. I have indoor cats and a bird feeder, those things aren't exclusive Do I think that if more people kept their cats inside it would LESSEN the effect of birds dying? I absolutely do, especially in the area where I live it also benefits the cat itself to be kept inside. There's a lot of cars here, a railroad, roadwork and other things that could hurt the cat. There are also places (aka where I live) where you are allowed to take the cat away from the owner if it enters someone else's yard, hence every time they let their cat out, they risk it being the last time they see their cat.
