It's interesting you ask that, because the only girl I ever had sex with more than once was one who was willing to "trade flaws" with me (though we didn't refer to it that way, of course), and her biggest physical flaw was being completely flat chested. Truly nothing there. Zero mass. (Her aureolas were unusually large, high, far apart, pointed out and up, and protruded hugely, though, like puffed-out balloons on the end of rubbery-firm spikes. I learned after we stopped seeing each other that a developmental deformity called "tuberous" or "tubular" breasts sometimes looks like that, but didn't know that's what it was at the time.)

Anyway, not only did she NOT try to hide her chest, she displayed it deliberately and often. To both guys and girls. She was fairly small boned and on the thin side, so she'd leave her blouse unbuttoned enough that when she'd lean forward a bit people could see everything as much as if she was topless. She also liked to wear really thin, scissored-short sleeveless undershirts, and sometimes just took her top off completely or got naked all the way, like at a pool party, or even an indoor party. In short, she never stopped trying to compensate for her unattractive body by trying to act as sexy as possible with the body she DID have. (She was the same way about her belly button. Whatever it is that causes some people to have an "outie" happened to her in spades, and she ended up with a truly awful one. A messy looking, completely inside-out knot of skin almost the size of a golf ball that showed through her clothes a lot, and people NEVER stopped staring at it when she wore a bikini or crop top or something like that.)

Obviously she had some sort of self-esteem-related compensation thing happening psychologically, but because I benefitted from it, I never said or did anything to try to stop her. (In addition to being small downstairs---between 3.5 and 4 inches and disproportionately thin---I've never been able to have p/v sex because of extreme premature ejaculation. It's so bad that I can't get hard enough to enter a girl before cumming.)
