You deserve a lot more.

My ex did the same, together for 5 years and she threw everything away with a really nasty message on Facebook after leading me on with the idea of a break to work on ourselves. I asked to meet up and talk and have a chance at understanding each other and what we both needed to be able to work through things together and she refused, said she feels the ways she feels and that's it. She ignored every attempt I made to reach out since, and i found out from friends a few months later that she had been seeing someone for a while before she ended it and that was the real reason.

People like that are not worth anyones time. Its been almost 8 months and im still picking the pieces up, but I'm working hard on myself and improving the things about myself that led her to do this and thats all that matters at the end of the day! And although it is really up and down, it does get better with time..
