okay so I work at a big ish dog daycare and a couple of things. 1) we have live cameras of every play yard so owners can watch or check in on their dogs. 2) everyone that works there past a few months really does love your dog (unless your dog is particularly annoying or likes to start fights). I would say I have a personal connection with every regular dog that comes in, they remember the workers too and a lot of regular dogs are excited to come back to daycare. 3) do not take your dog to daycare every day. I've found 2x a week to be great for most dogs that come in unless they are a super high energy breed like huskies or aussies. There is a point in SOME (not all) dogs where too much daycare can change their behavior in a negative way. I've unfortunately seen some dogs become reactive and ultimately have been disqualified from coming to daycare, but this is the owner's fault for bringing them in for 8-10h 5-6 days a week.
