Your ex sounds like he has some serious issues. You're better off without him, and I think you know that. I think you can look at your life objectively and see that you're moving forward without him. That's the key.

I'm here today after avoiding these kind of subs for a while. I suspected my ex was emotionally cheating on me with someone else when he broke up with me. He went from "I love you; let's get married in a year when you move here" to "I don't see a future with you" in 48 hours.

Well, I immediately knew something wasn't right since we never got into arguments or anything like that - nothing to provoke a break up. He had no real reasons as to why except thinking maybe his feelings had changed without him realizing. So, during the break up, I found a new FB friend of his. Did a bit of social media stalking of her during our breakup, and I found out he had become her internet gaming friend. I hadn't looked at her profile in 2 weeks, but I did today, and she's now listed in a relationship. I guarantee with him. He broke up with me 7.5 weeks ago, so I'm surprised it took this long to go public with it. I'm no fool, though.

Fucking gross. I can't believe I dated someone who would cheat on me.
