You are going out of your way to back up a man that is very clearly guilty under statutes of assault and battery.

Not once did I say what he did wasn't assault.
Not once did I say what he did wasn't battery.
Not once did I say I think what he did was okay.
Not once did I say that OP wouldn't have the right to call the police in this scenario.

You're making a loaded question which does nothing to contribute to discussion. As I said before, I never made this about male or female, not once did I mention "women X" or "women Y". You did. You're unfairly sidetracking this onto me being a woman hater. You're doing it on purpose to derail.

Having a slightly different opinion on the scenario doesn't mean I am completely the other direction. It's not "all or nothing". Just because I disagree with one aspect doesn't mean I have to completely condone the actions of the aggressor in this scenario. I don't condone ANY of what he did. Nor did I ever state otherwise. Too many people online have this "you have to agree with me 100% or we disagree completely" mentality and I see you suffer with it.
