shadow side

What would this entail? I had 3 experiences before this, all of which were unlike anything I'd ever experienced.

Two of them, I found myself nodding off to sleep. I come to, in some kind of darkness, which I was aware was within me. I notice that I'm not breathing, and my entire body is vibrating, and I completely 'wake up' and open my eyes. I had some sort of dream both times, which is nothing like any dream I've ever heard of, or had before.

It was a dream that took several of my past memories, and combined each scenario into one storyline, and it all took place in a cottage below a mountain.

The 3rd experience, I was laying down and waiting for sleep. I got lost in the static of my eyes, and the next thing I know I am in that same place - the darkness within me. I don't know how long I was there, but I eventually snap out of it because of the fear. I can't really put my finger on it, but it really feels significant.

These experiences are so strange, something important is happening with me that I cannot explain in the human language.
