I’m sure those “lots of analysis” are very telling and in no way loaded to meet a narrative, not u like the one tipped in the first 3 paragraphs of your previous “sources”. Look at the medical equipment and pharmaceuticals used worldwide, a lot of which were created in the US. If you think merely goodwill is their incentive then you are lost. Also explains the disproportionate amount of fantastic immigrant doctors we have that left their homes to work in a system that rewards good doctors. It is a lot easier to say that this is wrong than what would be a better way to go about something. Look at countries have the same wait times for patients because their system is overloaded, you don’t think they have deaths? Probably at a higher rate as a larger population is exposed to the waits. The system isn’t perfect but your “solutions” are are proven to be a net detrimental to a country as large and complex as the USA.
