I heard Jupiter in the 10th house indicates success in career. However I can't even decide on a college major so I feel like my future is becoming pretty bleak. Any advice or guidance from my chart?

Four?! I suggest you pursue a major that makes use of as many of them as possible. Look into classes in International Relations, Comparative Literature, or History to start. These are not unemployable majors and besides, you don’t have to declare one just yet. Just take a class and see if you like it. Remember that medical and law schools accept applicants of any major if you decide you want to go down that route later. Same for fancy analyst jobs at Bain and whatever. If you parents require that you major in something “employable,” then do a double major but put most of your focus on the more meaningful one. Do just enough to pass with the other one. I know a pharmacist who had a barely passing GPA as a chem major as an undergrad, and it didn’t matter.

Your chart suggests you will be happiest living in a foreign country (sun moon Venus in 9th) and with a degree and work background that is broad rather than specialized as you may move around a lot (Uranus in 4th). Things you could do as an expat are teach at international schools (maybe an art teacher?), teach English to adults, work for nonprofits, work in diplomacy/at consulates, etc. Your career will involve communication (Mercury in 10th).
