Heavy Student Loan Debt Forces Many Millennials To Delay Buying Homes

Buying a home was the worst decision I ever made. I still have an upside down condo that I bought in 2007. I can't sell it because I can't afford to sell it low enough to get out from under it. It's an empty condo 3,000 away. I waste $1,372 a month on it. Nobody will buy it. The Boomers told me I HAD to buy one. They told me home ownership was what separated the scum from the real man, the "homeowner." They said "It's the single best investment you'll ever make in your life!" They said housing values only go up. I'd say a good 95% of what comes out of an Boomer's mouth is absolute horseshit, but they sure as hell will find a reason to give you their opinions on every matter.
