Hector has a HEART condition?

That's interesting, I never heard of a stroke being linked with the heart. So I looked it up.

TL;DNR

There are 3 main kinds of strokes:

Ischemic stroke is the most common form of stroke, accounting for around 85% of strokes. This type of stroke is caused by blockages or narrowing of the arteries that provide blood to the brain, resulting in ischemia - severely reduced blood flow.

Hemorrhagic stroke are caused by arteries in the brain either leaking blood or bursting open.

Transient ischemic attack different from the aforementioned kinds of stroke because the flow of blood to the brain is only briefly interrupted. They serve as warning signs for future strokes and indicate that there is a partially blocked artery or clot source in the heart.

From reading this, it doesn't sound like the heart plays a role in the actual stroke, more it could be sending a warning sign that you have blood clots and a stroke may happen in the future. I don't think Hector would be taking Nitro if he had blood clots, he would be taking something else to break up the clots.
