Height anxiety preventing me from dating

The height thing wasn’t something I’d really thought about myself but within an hour of signing up to any dating app it’s soon apparent that it’s desirable trait number one, take that further onto the internet and there is a wealth of height is the most wanted physical attribute by women when looking to date men topics of discussion. Maybe it shouldn’t matter but for some reason it does.

I’m not excluding anyone at the moment when it comes to using apps (aside from age range which I’ve currently set at 5 years older/younger than myself).

If I’m totally honest I’m out of touch with trying to meet people in person, in my mid-thirties everyone I know is pretty much married with children, so it’s quite possible that I’ve left things too late and missed my opportunity. There’s no longer the social gatherings that existed in my late teens and early twenties so finding someone naturally seems even more difficult.
