God I've got too many to count. Back when the kuruma trick still worked for pac std me and my friends would trade heists like they were candy. Had one guy join once and I don't know if he saw we were trading or not (I was still moving around positions so the random wouldn't hold the money and me on crowd so I can do the run/drive) and I don't have my mic plugged in at that second and he goes "Give me 35%" and he JUST joined. He was like level 200 something, I forget what, but not like he was our saving grace. We could do it back then and DID with level 20s as long as they followed instructions. Made a lot of low levels rich back in the day with the heist trick. Anyways I have it sitting at 25/25/50, my friend getting the 50 so its fair. And remember, this is a "Just join" and THE quickest way to piss me off is if you only just join for my heist and demand a higher cut. You should be lucky if we give you 10% and you make 100k or so for 10 mins of work (again, back when kuruma still worked) when you know they're the type of person who wouldn't help on setups if they got the invite for it, even if they were on your friends list. If someone immediately readies up when I'm shuffling jobs/bringing my cut to zero then they'll get the 25/25/50 fair cut but if someone "holds out" then I'm splitting it 20/20/60 and even then they should be lucky they get that. Anyways I got side tracked. So he's like "Give me 35% or I'm not readying up" and I again don't have my mic in yet so I grab my phone next to me, go on the PSN message app, cuss him out saying "look here you fuck, you only just joined for my heist. My friend and I are more than capable of doing this ourselves, infact all we need is two warm bodies that can follow instructions just so we can start the damn thing. You're not getting 35, you're not even getting 20. Don't you dare try to hold out and try to get majority cut when you only just joined for the heist and think you can call the shots. Go fuck yourself." blocked him and exited the heist too.

That's just one story, I've got several more of incompetent players or friends screwing around who can't be serious for 5 seconds and got mad if you called them out on it. Look, if I have to "Restart" the "Run to the bikes" three times because you keep dying outside of the bank and love to argue because I want you to put on a heavy heist vest next time (WHAT, YOU THINK I'M NOT GOOD ENOUGH SANITYASSASINS?!?!) then we can replace you too, Miranda.
