Held back from dating by obesity and desperate to change - does weight loss really make a difference?

Sir, believe me when I say "weight loss makes a lot of difference" this might be a long reply but true. Might not be well written.

I was fat up till 5months ago , not really fat but my belly showed through and waist of 38. I tried doing gym but couldn't keep up with the routine. I month later , I decided to start running , I would go running early morning , initially it was 2k in 20mins , then 3k. I would mostly jog , then sprint for a minute , walk till I got normal and repeat.

Determination to loose weight is important. I started falling off the routine , mainly because I couldn't get up in time and sometimes couldn't get myself out of bed ( the real fight). So I thought why not run in the evening by evenings I mean 9:30 to 10 and sometimes 10:30 when I am free but never more than 1hour. I would stop eating 1 hour before running and won't eat anything as dinner( I think that helps create the Calorie deficit). I now do 5k in 30-40mins , sometimes I eat in the hour before running so that makes my run less or slow.

Look just start running as a starter. I am no weight expert but this worked for me.

Since I lost weight , I have been noticed a lot. The chick of class started sending snaps. Called good-looking , my face loss weight. Pm me if you want a before-after pic.

Making yourself hate your fat body is half the battle , hate it but be determined to loose it.

People do run alternate days , I say run whenever you want to but just remember to run majority of week and maintain a calorie deficit. Eat whatever but in less proportions.
