It is said that God desires the salvation and redemption of all human beings, and that God is omnipotent.

It would been nice to point out which religion your targeting. Based on the context it is Christianity, if not I suggest stating which religion your referring to.

Is it so difficult to provide context/verse from the holy book supporting this claim.

A being that is omnipotent cannot fail in any of its actions; its power cannot fail.

If the God in question is Omnipotent.

Having established that, it must follow that no matter how evil a human being can be, God cannot fail in redeeming their souls.

Well you haven’t established anything you made assertion without any support where does it claim in any holy book that God desires to save all human/souls?
