this is true, most people ik IRL who play war thunder aren’t so invested into the game, money time or otherwise. they play casually, fuck around and don’t really care about any teething issues because they’d rather walk away and go do something else which makes them happy instead of fester in frustration. reddit subs are all self selecting towards people who care more abt the topic than some random pleb on the street, and this one’s obviously no different.

even if we all gave a crap about the game and somehow made an organized collective effort to just up and leave forever whenever GJ fucked up, they can likely sustain themselves off of just the whales anyways, fuck it if we go or stay.

i used to be one of those people who’d spend a lot of time playing & ranting about this game’s many issues and being pissy like OP in a “stop having fun” fashion, looking back that time spent clearly wasn’t worth it and likely won’t ever be. find what enjoyment you can, and walk away if it’s not fun. simple as that.
