I see it more as a problem of the shin to thigh ratio. (I assume you are drawing a knee high boot) The (top of the) knee should still be seen slightly. For a more cartoony look the legs are shorter I guess so depends where you going (not sure about this, I need to draw it out to really know)

The thighs could be at least slightly bigger than the projected waist imo. note that your shirt has a bit of volume.

The feet area could be more pronounced (it’s still difficult to tell where it starts though I can tell you wanted the feet to be pointing slightly down, probably could be fixed by drawing the heel portion to not follow the shape of the boot so like protruding?)

Overall it looks nice holistically.
