Outfit Ranking Outfit Leader: The Outfit Leaders is in charge of all major and vital aspects of the organization. Their word and judgement on any matter is final and absolute. They oversee the entirety of the outfit as well are responsible for assigning tasks and directive to the leadership of the outfit. One may only become an Outfit Leader by unanimous decision of the other Outfit Leaders. Leader: Leaders are personal whom are assigned the responsibility of maintaining one of the major divisions of the outfit or any specific task appointed to the by the Outfit Leaders. This includes, but is not limited to divisional leadership, administration, or general purposes required by the outfit itself. Leaders are required to uphold a standard of moral and respectable demeanor adhering to the guidelines and policies of the outfit. To become a leader an individual must be nominated by another leader and have at least 4 other Officers or Leaders second that nominations. Leadership spots are given only when the administration needs to fill a specific roll or if the Outfit Leaders deem that individual to be capable. The Outfit Leader’s vote supersedes all of the pervious. Officer: This person is responsible for a specific task within the outfit. Be it platoon/squad leading, recruitment, or any other small administrative tasked set for a particular individual. Officers are required to uphold a standard of moral and respectable demeanor adhering to the guidelines and policies of the outfit. To become an Officer an individual must contact a leader of the specific division they wish to be an officer and that Leader with determine if that person will be a valued addition. The Outfit Leader’s vote supersedes all of the pervious. Member: Members make up the general public of the outfit and are required to follow all the guidelines and policies of the outfit.
