I was forced to be around a person like this when I was younger whose mother was an extreme enabler. She caused so much havok in pretending to be "family" that I had to make contact with professionals who verified that if she ever tried to get near my life with her bullshit again, police would be involved. She would intentionally screw up when people had something happy going on. She tried to "princess-ify" other girls into her bullcrud. She was silenced very recently, FINALLY. I have interacted with some rough stuff in my life but her inability to ever show mutual respect was something that all parties involved noticed and wanted kicked the heck out, for lack of a better word.
