10 weeks old? not really an issue. You can always just take a pad outside to coax them or just keep them out long. 10 weeks old is nothing. If this was 16-20 weeks old it would be a major issue but they're honestly not even truly aware they need to pee in advanced until 12 week old.

When you take them out are you letting them run in the backyard freely or are they leashed? If they're not leashed I suggest leashing them and walking them like you would normally until they pee then praise them and let them off leash so they learn over time (read: can take up to a month puppers are dumb until 4-5 mos) that bathroom comes first and rewarded with play time
