Help adopting a "pembroke" from a sketchy young breeder

Everything about this is sketch AF. Also, if you're looking for a merle, I hope you're looking for a Cardigan and not a Pembroke. There is not such thing as a blue merle Pembroke - you're buying a mix that was not reputably bred. At this point, you're probably not going to find a puppy from a reputable breeder by this summer, though you might get lucky. The only places I recommend looking for breeders are the breed club websites. If you want a Pembroke, check out the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America. If you want a Cardigan, check out their breed club site. Please don't support bad breeders like the one you wrote about in this post, and you should absolutely care about the pedigree of the dog, as that is a direct reflection of your future puppy's health and temperament. Not caring about the pedigree is how you end up with 15 years of issues.
