Help buying flat or house in Georgia? Which city/town?

I don't have any idea about Georgia more than a 10 hour or so internet research. Bought a book about tourism in Georgia and I will research more. How is the Internet connection there? I don't expect to have 600mbps but I would need 5mbps or so.

Anyway I'm going to visit the country in July to take a look around and probably rent a flat while I take a hard look to buy a flat and start my business there. I will set up a bank account and if I can the business too in July. Get back to Spain to rescind my current rental and go back to Georgia with some clothing and my laptop.

I love nature and cycling/walking, plus I grew in a 300 person village in the mountains here in the north of Spain so I won't have any problem with regards to that.

How much would be for a flat or a small house?
