Tons of pretty much useless backlinks, 30 backlinks with ok link juice. But are they even relevant links? You might have a pet grooming site linking to you but it's still not relevant.

Moz score of 21 is not that impressive, not to mention that it's irrelevant to Google and is not a ranking factor.

Is there any valuable content on it that is currently ranking on Google page 1, position 1?

What are the actual page views? Average time on page? Geolocation of the visitors?

I currently make a living online and have been in the game for over 15 years. Personally, I don't think the site is really worth all that much. Unless the site is generating verifiable revenue and has a steady flow of visitors and page views, then it's not worth much in my opinion.

You might be better off coming up with a really good name for a new domain name, register it, build your new site nice and clean on WordPress, buy the old site for $500 or $1000, then redirect the best content from the old site to your new site, and cull all the useless crap which offers no real value.
