[HELP] How bad is walking your dog at unusual hours?

Thanks! We'll consider getting a dogwalker once we both go back to working out of the house. We've never had problems with her pooping in the house or such, except extremely rare cases, but as someone else here noted - holding in can lead to problems regardless of the dog showing symptoms.

I usually take her out without a leash myself. She doesn't run off since she's both lazy and disciplined. She often doesn't seem interested in going out or hurries back home after she pees. Her weight is OK, but she doesn't get regular exercise. We tried running with her and she didn't like it. Throwing balls for fetch usually gets us a bored look. She does like running in open spaces like the beach but those are rare since we live in a city.
