Help! Im 21 and want to start taking my finances seriously.

Can you post a full break down of your monthly budget? How much you earn a month and how much of that goes to school, food, etc?

Where did your loan come from? Is it for school? What's the rate on that?

Also you owe $700 in insurance per month? Did you have a crash or a DUI? Have you shopped around at all? Do you really need to drive?

Ive been looking into high-yield savings considering Chase's apy is shit.

Do you have a roth?

I'm a college student

Ultimately don't worry too much about your finances. Don't take on too much debt but you're in the investment phase of your career. Focusing on school and getting internships will pay off better than any financial tricks for the next few years.
