for level 60 you have terribly low Vigor, you should up Vigor at least 30 then start focusing in other stats such as the required for you to wield the weapon of choice,

btw since this is your first run I strongly recommend a Quality build so you can use and try weapons from all classes and find the one you like the most, here is an example of a Quality build,

its my personal quality build that I use to co op, it's with this setup you can explore every boss weakness and so on, use this set of weapons for specific bosses:

• Wolf Knight's Greatsword and Blestuss to Kill Midir;
• Dragonslayer Greataxe for enemies weak to lightning this includes Lord of Cinder, Twin Princess and others;
• Hollowslayer to kill Friede and any enemy that take extra damage for being Hollow;
• Irithyll Straight Sword + Greatshield to kill enemies weak to frostbite, this includes:
  • Dragonslayer Greatshield for the Dragonslayer Armour,
  • Cathedral Knight Greatshield for Gael,
  • Lothric Knight Greatshield for Oceiros, and so on;
