Help me build a Really low budged PC!

When do people realise that if they know something, it doesnt mean they are genius and they can swing around claiming others don't. I know about everything you mentioned, so your partonising is ridiculous. First of all - that APU is rated 140w PEAK. Its general power consumption is less than 100w. Second of all - as long as ripple is below 120mv, the hardware will have NO LIFE EXPECTANCY REDUCTION whatsoever. For the 10000th time - you need low ripple for overclocking, thats it. Anything that has issues with 120mv ripple is considered faulty, and does not conform to ATX standarts.

These crappy 500w PSU power pre-built PC's for decades. They are absolutely fine. Not ideal, but fine. Unless they were faulty, which is why I suggested a used one - it is known that it works. Nobody argues that for any good rig, you need a good PSU. But for APU - you can get away with anything. PS4 and Xbone have APU's, with absolutely horrible PSU.

Instead of posting articles from 2008, which by the way don't say anything about "stress on power supply system" - because its not true, the stress is on the crystal where increased ripple causes higher error rate, and higher thermal output. Its called VRM by the way - not "power supply system". Instead of that, you should rather have looked for this article, and saw that A8 barely goes above 120w, hence your 2nd claim about "CPU rail" (which is called CPU power connector by those who actually know what they are talking about, "rail" is a term that means something else entirely) is again - pure BS.

So, yes, its exactly as simple as that.
