Help me decide: School X vs School Y - 2nd Week of April

Lawrence VS Knox VS Beloit

Hi guys! I need advice on choosing a liberal arts college. I am planning to major in CS. Sorry if I posted on the wrong sub.

  1. Lawrence University - CS major, intends to pursue the 3:2 engineering program (financial aid + scholarship = 19k)

pros: music, beautiful campus, most inexpensive option, 3:2 engineering program

cons: less known name value? not sure if the CS program is good, kind worried about the cold weather

  1. Knox College - CS major, intends to pursue the 3:2 engineering program (financial aid + scholarship = 21k)

pros: engineering program, quirky, 3:2 engineering program, personally the whole looks very interesting and fun

cons: apparently some ppl say that its cliquey here or the campus is so small, ppl say that it has less opportunities for internships because it is located in the middle of nowhere

  1. Beloit College - CS major, intends to pursue the 3:2 engineering program (finaid + scholarship= 25k)

pros: interesting programs (channels), 3:2 program

cons: I’ve heard that the financial situation is not stable?

I’ve applied to Georgia Tech as a Computational Media major as well, but was waitlisted. I don’t really have any hopes though, and I think I will commit to one of the mentioned colleges above. I’m also an international student and my family is not rich, so the finaid and scholarships I received from the three liberal arts colleges has been really helpful.

Also, It would really help if I could learn about what the college in general is like, the personal pros/cons, the social circle, internships or programs, etc. Thank you in advance!
