Help me guys

Romans 13 tells us to be subject to whichever government you are under. You should be a law-abiding citizen and a help to your community, not a hindrance. There are certain bylaws that only really matter in certain scenarios especially in western civilizations (they are mostly there to help in courts) like j-walking. You can j-walk all you want, but if you get hit by a car, you cannot sue the driver because you were j-walking, no one is going to arrest you for j-walking when no cars are around, it's just for court scenarios, to protect the person in the right.

I would say Romans 13 is telling us not to do anything that we would get arrested for (unless people start arresting Christians for being Christian)
