Help me get internet back please

My Dad's router is broadcasting a wifi signal which I can connect to.

I just use ipconfig in cmd to see the Default Gateway so it isn't an issue loging into the router settings page. The Hitron however cannot be logged to, as it is in bridge mode and only my ISP can change that.

Also, the routers are on different floors of the house and cannot be moved without arousing suspicion. Furthermore, the Linksys Router has been removed.

So my question I guess is, with the Hitron in bridge mode, is it possible to have two connections from the Hitron to two other routers (one with DHCP permission, and 1 in accesspoint mode) ? Ideally, I would connect the Hitron to the linksys, and plug the living-room and my dad's ethernet cables into the linksys (this was the configuration that was working for a very long time without issue), but again the Linksys router has been removed by my dad.
