Hi,

There is an app I use whenever I want to make a change in life, it's called I Am Sober. You can customize what you want to stay sober from and why. Then every day the app makes you "pledge" to not do the thing. I've used it for stuff like no fast food, or no going to bed without doing a half hour of exercise. It really keeps you accountable by kind of getting after you every day.

It also keeps track of your "sober streak" and gives you some cute motivational quotes once you make your daily pledge, and there's an entire app-based community where people can support each other. It'll also ask you to rate "how easy" keeping your pledge was that day, and you can note any changes you feel happening.
