Help me understand?

Hi my dear, I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through! I just had my right tube removed in September so I completely understand all of your feelings. Unfortunately ectopic pregnancy’s do not resolve themselves especially if they are far enough along to cause bleeding. When they can’t see anything on your ultrasound but know for sure you’re pregnant, and also bleeding, there’s a very high chance it’s in your Fallopian tube. They will keep taking blood tests to check if your blood count changes, and if it does lots (mine did) then that means the bleeding needs to be handled. But if your count is okay that might be why they are keeping you in bed just to keep a close eye on it. If it’s not too far along the doctors might look at doing a methotrexate shot. Hopefully this helps a little I know your mind will be racing. I’m here if you need me feel free to DM if you need a chat! Holding you in my heart today love.
