Help! Why my PSU "Snoring"? Corsair ain't much help.

I had a chat on the live chat with your guy regarding the RMA process, but I ain't gonna ship to you directly which may take weeks and cost a bomb for shipping.

I just wanna get your engineers to see if it's a common/known problem to get some confirmation and so I could go down to my distributor for RMA straight.

Since it's a randomly occurring problem, I may not be able to proof to them on the spot and I may need to go back and forth, which is what I want to avoid.

I wasn't given an answer if the engineers have come across or have read about this issue but I was given standard articles on testing the PSU which doesn't help at all.

I was ask to better bring back to the shop for exchange since I bought it less than 30 days. However, the common practice here doesn't not work this way, and any problem we will have to bring in to the distributor to check for fault, and if they confirms, they will do a RMA.

I'm here to ask for a 2nd opinion and see if anyone has any experience with it.
