Pre-Roll clip is not a plex pass feature. I have that locally on my machine to play before all movies. I'm not talking about actual trailers. I have mine set to play a DLP cinema intro like you would see at your local theater immediately before the feature movie starts. Since my first comment I have come to understand in order for trailers to work without plexpass they need to be locally on my machine, which I don't have any, but I do have the pre-roll clip on my computer and that should play regardless, but it appears I need to have trailers enabled...idk just annoying. I should be able to have a pre-roll clip without trailers. I absolutely love PLEX, but the lack of updates to the extra features and the quality of the trailers has been bad. I wish they could just pull the trailers from Apple trailer website or something similar instead of all these wierd indie movies. If they would add more features and options to extra's and somehow include a DVR function I would never have to leave plex on my htpc
