If I were you I would rent a house in a shitty dangerous area. It may seem counterproductive because you will have to buy a gun (if you don't already own one) and fortify your house with bars over the windows and a good steel door and brace. But in every big city ghetto (think Chicago or Detroit) renters can give to fucks what you do in or on the property you rent. As long as they get that money and no one has burned down the house you can do whatever the fuck you want. Also the police in big cities like that are busy with murders, drive bys, gangs, crackheads, robberies, ect. The don't have the time to pay attention to people who aren't doing those things. Plus no one at a post office gives a fuck about their job so they likely again won't pay any mind to things

Also you will be surrounded by people (thugs) that know not to talk or tell the police shit, Especially if they see something or find out what your doing.

If you plan on living there you better have a good subservience system so if dem boys come to rob you and a good, well oiled and clean AR.
