Help! snake got injured and I don't know what to do next!

since you seem to know my job so well, pray tell how I’m supposed to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON A SUNDAY WHEN ALL VETS ARE CLOSED?

I had your job for awhile before being promoted. So yes, I know your job pretty well, and you should have made the appointment "a few days ago" when this was discovered. Then you wouldn't have this issue. But as it is, you neglected to do so, and now you need to wait for the vet to open.

I don’t need your hostility and assumptions so stop telling me how to do my job when you don’t know how my store is ran.

I know how your job is done. How your store leader runs the store is irrelevant. There are policies in procedures in place for a reason.

My store manager is a strung out old lady who doesn’t even want to be here so how the hell am I supposed to know what do when NO ONE IS TEACHING ME?

And my store leader is a depressed borderline alcoholic whose highlights of the day come from a group of teenage prank callers who now hit up Petco for homework help, so I guess we've both got our boss's crosses to bear. I agree that it's definitely wrong that yours has apparently decided to check out of training you. If you want my help, please PM me and we can go from there.
