You might have two issues, one looks like leaf miners, the discoloration I have no idea what that could be. I bought my tomato plants from home depot, I knew nothing of plant pests and bought plants already carrying leaf miners, I did an intensive internet search on different forums to find out what the heck my new plants had. I ended up buying infected plants from Home Depot (n00b mistake), the forums I lurked on said that it is quite common to buy plants at big box stores that are already infected with pests or diseases, when you bring those plants home you possibly can spread those diseases and pests to your already established plants. They suggested in the posts I read on purchasing Spinosad, I found it at Home Depot in a ready to use spray bottle, It's Captain Jack Dead Bug Brew from Bonide. I sprayed my tomato and pepper plants this morning, hopefully this stuff works.
